Clients enter into a standard, transparent Cooling as a Service (CaaS) agreement with STOUT for a fixed term, typically 5–10 years. Monthly service charges are pre-estimated based on system performance and expected operating conditions. STOUT guarantees continuous cooling delivery, maintaining the required supply temperature 24/7/365, ensuring uninterrupted comfort and reliability for the client.

STOUT assumes full responsibility for the client’s existing cooling system and manages a structured transition period during which the system is progressively upgraded. This includes the installation of high-efficiency chillers, variable frequency drives (VFDs), advanced automation and Building Management Systems (BMS), as well as adiabatic cooling retrofits and solar PV integration on a turnkey basis. All necessary intermediate works—such as piping modifications, electrical upgrades, and system integration—are also fully handled by STOUT.
In essence, the existing cooling infrastructure is comprehensively re-engineered into a significantly more efficient, modern, and optimized system.
